Resolve "Add instructions to build with Conan"

What does this MR do?

• Adds new section Installation with Conan which will contain all OS installation documentation and handles differences by using grouped tabs
• Adds guide for setting up QtCreator.
• Adds Gitter reference.

How to test it?

It'b great if to actually try this if not, correcting grammar, orthographic and sense errors it's enough
