Add a qtCreator configuration section in windowsInstallation

Description

It can be a hassle to configure QtCreator the right way in order to get syntax highlighting and autocompletion to work properly. We need to provide a small baseline that will help the user set up the IDE correctly to work with Sight.

We must describe how we may build sight with Conan. For now we should keep instructions for sight-deps and we can then remove it in sight 19.0 (see sight#199 (closed)).

Proposal

Add a new section (or subsection?) to WindowsInstall.rst.
