Resolve "Rename some FW4SPL references to Sight in sheldon"

What does this MR do?

This renames some FW4SPL occurences in the documentation and the configuration. The configuration section fw4spl-hooks has been deprecated in favor of sight-hooks.

How to test it?

Test on single files in your IDE, with a new commit or with an existing commit range.
