Resolve "(ui): add a slider to change the opacity of the transfer function"

Description

This introduces a new service sight::ui::module::qt::STransferFunctionOpacity that provides a slider allowing to scale the opacity of a transfer function or one of its piece.

Closes #1139 (closed)

How to test it?

  • Run SightViewer
  • Open an image
  • Try the new slider, available by clicking on the appropriate button under each negato view.
