Resolve "feat(viz): add touch interaction for TF window in negatoscope"

Description

We improved the negatoscope view to allow the bottom slider to tweak the transfer function window. Before that, it was only possible to do it with a right-click mouse move.

How to test it?

With and without a touchscreen:

  • Run SightViewer
  • Load an image
  • Test the negatoscope
