misc: Tuto13Multithread crashes on startup
Description
Remove Tuto13Multithread since it doesn't work anymore
Worker and multithreading are also shown on Tuto17SimpleAR.
Closes #851 (closed)
How to test it?
Use the shell script snippet here to launch all examples/tutos and check that tuto13 as left, and everything should be ok.
