fix(core): crash "3DSimpleConfig2" was not found

Description

Replace "3DSimpleConfig2" by "3DSimpleConfig" in both ExDump & ExDicomSegmentation.

How to test it?

Test both samples, try to load a vtk mesh (bones.vtk for ex.), it will crash before this MR.
