(ui): default confirmation message on action is redundant

Description

When activating confirmation dialog on an action, the message doesn't displayed this one will handle it. it should be displayed when you configured message or not.

How To Test it

  • Build and Launch Tuto14gui
  • Then click on start button you should get a dialog message Do you really want to execute this action ? when you did not configure the custom message or Are you sure you want to Start ? as custom message.
