(core): getPathDifference reinvents the wheel

Description

This issue will Remove getPathDifference function and its file and replaced by relative function like this std::filesystem::relative.

How to test it?

• launch sightcalibrator application choose Preferences/video directory then click on calibration load a video this should work properly.
