Resolve "Enable to load or import some datas during the creation of an activity"

What does this MR do?

Fix load and import in SActivityWizard. SIOSelector service must be configured before to associate the output object Id.

How to test it?

Launch an application using a Wizard and try to load and open a data.

Try to load/save data with any other services to find if it still works.
