(sight): rename root folders

What does this MR do?

All root folders we renamed, first of all, Bundles into modules. We also chose to stick to lower-case only and so renamed all existing folders to their lower counterpart. Besides this SrcLib was shortened into libs and Utilities in utils.

How to test it?

Sheldon is going to cry a lot. I could reformat all files, which means all source files in the repository, but I think this is a very dangerous thing to do be. I would prefer for this MR to override the CI and not care about sheldon.

To avoid a manual test on all build types and platforms, I disabled sheldon temporarily in gitlab-ci.yml. The commit will be removed before the merge and we will need to force then the merge.
