(IO): use the new Image, Mesh and Array API

What does this MR do?

Use the new Image, Array and Mesh API in readers and writers.

How to test it?

• Launch VRRender and try to load/save files.
• Use DICOM Filtering activity to test fwGdcmIO readers.

The result should be the same as before.

Data

You can use the dicom files from sight-data.
