(Sight): create new adaptor `SMarker`
What does this MR do?
Creates a new service SMarker. This service in an adaptor to Scene2D, allowing us to display a marker's position.
The Service collects the marker's map from SArucoTracker and sends a signal containing the top left corners' coordinates.
