(openVSlamIOTest): add missing dependencies for link

What does this MR do?

This adds ffmpeg and Qt as explicit dependencies. There is clearly a bug in the OpenCV target but until this is fixed upstream, we can use this solution.

How to test it?

Build and run openVSlamIOTest.
