(fwRenderOgre): configurable viewports

What does this MR do?

  • Configure viewports for each layer.
  • Refactor the overlay system to enable overlays per viewport (layer).
  • Fix adaptors to render text using the new overlay system.

How to test it?

  • Run OgreViewer
  • Load a video, it should appear in the top right hand corner.
  • Load an image, go to the negato add some distances.
