(fwRenderOgre): configurable viewports
What does this MR do?
- Configure viewports for each layer.
- Refactor the overlay system to enable overlays per viewport (layer).
- Fix adaptors to render text using the new overlay system.
How to test it?
- Run OgreViewer
- Load a video, it should appear in the top right hand corner.
- Load an image, go to the negato add some distances.
