(SHybridMarkerTracker): extract tag position and orientation in camera

What does this MR do?

  • Modify SHybridMarkerTracker to extract tag position and orientation and take into account an ::arData::Camera.
  • Configuration file was replaced by parameters that could be set through SParameters.

How to test it?

  • Build and launch ExHybridMarkerTracker
  • Load a camera calibration
  • Load a video stream corresponding to the given calibration
  • Play and look that the axis is well aligned in a corner of the blue rectangle
