(SFrameUpdater): change image dimension to 2D

What does this MR do?

Modify image creation in SFrameUpdater to change dimension from 3D to 2D

How to test it?

• Build and launch any application using SFrameUpdater (eg ExDetectCamMotion).
• Check that the video can still be played.
