(visuOgreAdaptor): addition of a dotted line SLine

What does this MR do?

Ability to draw a dotted line and choose the distance between the dotted lines. Configuration is done in XML (SLine service)

How to test it?

Configure the XML of the app (SLine) and put dotted to true or false.
