What does this MR do?

Addition of a distance measurement in the Ogre 2D negato. You can create a new distance, remove a specific distance or hide/show the distance

How to test it?

1. Launch the OgreViewer-0.3 app:

• open a new file (File -> Open Image)

2. Open the Ogre 2D negato view

• you can create a new distance by clicking on the first button (then you can move the point where you want)
• you can remove some point with the second button
• you can hide/show the line with the third button
