enh(doc): document GLSL
Description
There is zero documentation for shaders we use (viz/scene3d/rc/Media/glsl
). This is very inconvenient for newcomers who need to edit those things and thus need to reverse-engineer everything.
Proposal
Add documentation as Doxygen directly in the GLSL files.
