Move workerQt library path code and render it reusable.
Description
Currently we need to path Qt libraries manually and this is done in the following class : https://gitlab.lan.local/Sight/sight/blob/dev/SrcLib/core/fwGuiQt/src/fwGuiQt/WorkerQt.cpp#L192 . This is highly unpractical (and pretty ugly).
Proposal
Our goals here is to move this code to a more obscure file something like platforms.h
and add a more reusable and simple way of calling it. So it is no longer a Qt specific code. Where it should be and how exactly it should be used remains a bit of a mystery....

Documentation blurb
- Why should someone use it; what's the underlying problem? Be cause copying and pasting the whole 110 lines every time can be "a bit" time and effort consuming.
- How does someone use this? Just call a static method line as
setLibrariesPath(std::string newPath)
