Resolve "enh(build): sheldon for CUDA"

Description

This brings support for CUDA files in sheldon.

Other changes

OSLM_LOG forbidden token hook was removed, since this macro was removed a while ago.

How to test it?

Run sheldon on repositories with CUDA files.
