fix(ci): sort_include fails with multiline sight_add_target macros

This fixes the sort of includes when targets use a multiline sight_add_target()

Additional fixes

I enriched the cmake-format configuration files to fix the parsing of sight_add_target and module_param. The positional arguments should now be processed as they should. Example:
