(hooks): fix sheldon to properly order external libraries includes

Description

Fix the path where sheldon search the sight libraries and modules. Also rename bundle to module everywhere.

How to test it?

Try to order includes in a file that mixes internal and external libraries (like arData/Camera.cpp)
