Resolve "Update sheldon to accept new LGPL preamble"

What does this MR do?

Everything should work as before. Closes #2 (closed)

How to test it?

  • Remove the license preamble and see if it is added automatically.
  • Change the date to an older one
  • Check unique year and year range
