(CI): update docker images

Flavien BRIDAULT requested to merge 28-ci-update-docker-images into dev

What does this MR do?

  • Use python:alpine (98Mb) instead of python:3 (918Mb)
  • Enable SSL CA verification when cloning. The docker images contains our certificates since a while...

How to test it?

  • Just look if the pipeline built successfully.
