(doc): downsize GIF files

Regarding sight#785 (closed) it seems that github doesn't accept GIF with size > 5Mb.

We need to downsize a bit all GIF files to get reasonable size.

SightCalibrator video/gif should also be updated regarding results of reprojection error (16px !!!!!)
