Draft: (build): Use BinPKG on Linux, VCPKG on Windows

Description

  • Remove most of Conan trace
  • Add an FindOpenNI2.cmake file so Sight find OpenNI2 VCPKG package
  • Various small fixes

Build everything, launch every unit tests, samples, applications
