enh(ui): add manualObject support in tool collision
Description
The CollisionTools allows to compute which graphical ogre object is on the raycast.
This is in particular used for object picking in 3D scenes.
Up to now it only supports ogre entities and R2VBRenderable, and not ogre manualObjects.

It should be possible to pick an ogreManual object
Technical specifications
enahnce the CollisionTools::raycast to support ManualObjects.
Only OT_TRIANGLE_FAN renderOperation will be supported.
