fix(test): missing -B in external module test recipe
Description
The -B option allows to specify the external modules path on sidthrun.
This was initially added through the external module, though recent changes, have changed this, and only the external module path is provided. The "-B" need to be added in the bat file.
This has been done properly, though there is a regression for tests bat files.
Steps to reproduce
run a unit test on a sight-project, which depends on an external module.
Functional specifications
