(ci): improve cspell checker

Description

cspell can be improved, by adding specific dictionaries for all used terms.

Proposal

  • CMake-dict.txt: for all cmake terms
  • sight-dict.txt: for all sight related terms
  • generic-dict.txt: for all the rest (companies, town, ...)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
