(core): xml check fails if module does not have two directories

If a module has the following hierarchy, sheldon fails to detect the module name.
modules->ui->Services

Add a service in xml that follows the template above. Sheldon will show an error like the one in the log section.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
