(ci): update check_xml_dependencies after dataReg deprecation

Description

sight#591 (closed) deprecates dataReg and these other kind of modules. Our hook check_xml_dependencies used to verify that these modules are well present in the build files. Thus it has to be adapted.

Proposal

Just do it.
